It's am email address within a domain which forwards all the email received to a supplied destination address. For example foo@fsm.church to somewhere@gmail.com. No checking, no antispam, no action is done except forwarding.
You need to use your own SMTP server, or use a free one. The forwarding address we provide only possible use is to receive emails, not to send emails.
Of course. Use your credentials (login/password) and our IMAP/POP and SMTP server address to retrieve/send emails.
